Yes. Just for Jumps, Inc. carries a $1,000,000 Liability Insurance Policy and will furnish you with a copy of our Certificate Of Insurance free of charge at any time if requested. Inflatables are very expensive and many companies operate without insurance which is something most potential customers fail to ask about. Being insured means that we are require to maintain certain standards in our set-up process and equipment to be rented. Being a family owned business, we maintain extremely high personal standards for our customers.
Yes, the bouncers are safe if all the directions, rules and instructions outline on the rental contract are followed and the unit is supervised at all times…. Then… They are very safe.
You will need to provide a level area about 17x17 square feet with an overhead clearance of 17 feet for our 13x13 bouncers. For the Dimensions add about 2 or 3 feet around the inflatable to make sure it will not be rubbing against anything.
There is NO DELIVERY CHARGE unless the event location is over 15 miles from Montgomery, IL. If over 15 miles, delivery fees range from $15-$40. There is no set-up fee unless the event requires bouncer to be inflated on concrete, asphalt, parking lot or an indoor facility such as gymnasiums, rental halls, cafeteria, etc., and a $10 hard surface set-up fee is charged. (We must be informed if you require a hard surface set-up prior to your event date)
Our units are thoroughly cleaned and inspected before and after each use. Our set-up always includes 18” stakes to safely secure all for corners of the bouncer (or sandbags, depending on set-up surface). Each bounce entrance always includes a safety step to ensure the safety of the children as they enter or exit. We always install a large tarp underneath the bouncer and we provide a heavy duty 100’ extension cord to use with our blower equipment.
It will take up to 30 minutes to set up and go over the safety rules and go over the guidelines. The set-up time is not included in your rental period. We will set-up before your rental period begins and have everything ready for you on or before your requested time. The renter/responsible adult must be present at the time of delivery.
The bouncer must be within 100 feet of the dedicated circuit. Do not plug anything else into the outlet or another outlet on the same circuit. A 15 or 20 amp circuit (typical for most household) is sufficient.
It is best to reserve a bouncer as soon as possible. Our bouncers are booked on a first-come, first- serve basis. All we need to know is when and where your event will take place, as well as the bouncer you prefer.
No deposit is required but a 72 hour advanced cancellation notice is appreciated. Simply give us notice right away. We will try to work with you as much as possible. However, once a unit is set-up, the full amount of the rental is non-refundable.
We reserve the right not to set-up with bad weather pending. If the morning of the event bad weather exists, we will call to cancel the rental at no charge to you. If bad weather is forecast, we will call to determine if you still want the rental. If you opt to proceed with bouncer rental and after setup is complete, payment in full is due regardless of weather.
We recommend that you deflate and unplug the moonwalk and cover it with the tarp we leave with the unit. Once it stops raining, dry the unit, if it is not dry it may be very slippery. Do not allow anyone to jump in the moonwalk until it is dry.
Each unit is vacuumed, thoroughly cleaned with a mild disinfectant after each use and inspected to ensure clean, safe and quality fun for you and your guests. We inspect the unit after setup at your location to ensure cleanliness. We pride ourselves on maintaining our inflatable’s to the highest of standards.
